2) The chicken and dressing
A few things set this restaurant above other eateries in the area. Firstly, the place is kept VERY CLEAN. It's clear that the management holds themselves to high standards. Secondly, the staff is very open and approachable. The owner and his wife are always happy to speak with customers about any questions you may have. We feel completely cared for each time we visit.
This place would easily do well in a metropolitan area. The atmosphere is relaxed and beautiful, with delicious Southern favorites served.
Enjoyed the catfish! Home cooked meals are delicious! Definitely will recommend. The fried pies are out of this world. Gotta try them when you visit.
Every time we drive out to Lost Creek we are not disappointed. My husband loves the Rod Burger and I absolutely love the chicken salad. Best I have ever had! We hope to stop by end of next week if you are open!
A true gem in rural East Alabama. Great food and service with old country café charm. This is our go-to place on Friday or Saturday nights and sometimes Sunday lunch. You won't be disappointed and the prices are right.

My husband and I both had catfish which was good and service was good. We felt that $12.99 was over priced for only 1 fish on the plate.
